Our Programs

Sunflower Academy Childcare Centre strives to provide a program and curriculum that is consistent with the Ministry of Education’s policy and guidelines. Our program is reflective in our approaches with “How Does Learning Happen?” Ontario’s pedagogy and vision for the early years. Our programs are built around this philosophy with your children in mind. This helps children reach their full potential through inquiry, creativity, and play. We implement this program, as well as the four foundations of learning in our daily curriculum planning.

 
 

  • Our Toddler program is geared towards children aged 16 months to 30 months. We only have full-time spots available for this program.

  • Our preschool program is geared towards children aged 30 months to 6 years old. We offer both part-time and full-time programming based off what best suits the families.

  • Our school aged program has very limited space. We offer care during march break, Christmas break, PA days, and summer.
